2. Are Marcival Hill Beauty products cruelty-free?

Absolutely. We are proud to be cruelty-free and never test our products on animals. We believe in compassionate beauty that respects all living beings. However, some products may contain animal-derived ingredients like beeswax. For specific ingredient information, please refer to our product labels or contact our customer support team.

Yes, but we refrain from using synthetic fragrances. Our fragrance blends are entirely vegan and meticulously crafted from natural aromatic ingredients, free from phthalates and other artificial preservatives 

 

6. Are the products free from Parabens/Microplastics/Silicones/Mineral Oil and its derivatives?

Absolutely. We uphold the highest standards without compromise. Rest assured, every product from Marcival Hill is meticulously crafted without any parabens, mineral oils, silicones, PEG, chemical UV filters, microplastics, synthetic fragrances, artificial colorants, or any other dubious ingredients. Also Not all alcohols are harmful to the skin. Each ingredient in Marcival Hill formulas is carefully evaluated for safety. Check the INCI list for each product to see if it contains alcohol or derivatives. Many products may have traces due to alcohol-based extraction of plant extracts. Even if not listed, we can't claim the products are entirely alcohol-free.

 

7. Is every product personally made?

Yes. We do not have or want large stocks and warehouses, so the products become worse and the effect is less. We create each product specially for you, so that the product is as unique and special as you are. The delivery could take a little longer, but you are promised to get pure quality.

 

8. How are products tested?

The formulation phase kicks off after we thoroughly review the guidelines provided by our ingredient suppliers regarding recommended usage and concentration levels for each component. At times, we even evaluate hundreds of samples to finalize the optimal formula.

We are staunch advocates of cruelty-free beauty, which is why we never conduct, nor will we ever conduct, animal testing. Instead, we rely on volunteers to test our products and share their skin reactions and personal evaluations. Both of these inputs are crucial in refining our formulas.

Once a product is formulated, it undergoes laboratory testing to measure its physical and chemical properties, determine its stability and shelf life, and establish storage standards. In compliance with legal requirements, a qualified chemist tests the product to ensure it meets safety and consistency standards. Additionally, we send our products to external laboratories to verify the effectiveness of the preservatives over the product’s lifespan.

To maintain quality, we also test the physical and chemical properties of each production batch to ensure they align with the laboratory-approved version.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

We currently offer shipping to select countries within the EU, UK, and USA.

 

3. Can I return or exchange products if they don't work for me?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, please contact our customer service team for assistance with returns or exchanges.

 

4. When will my order arrive?

Your order will typically arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your region. In the EU, delivery usually takes 2-6 business days.

 

5. How to get Express-Shipping?

If your order total is over €89, you automatically qualify for express shipping. Simply select the standard shipping option at checkout, and your order will be delivered within 1-3 days. (Caution: Unfortunately, we don't offer this anymore. Subscribe to our newsletter to get all the updates when this offer will be available again.)

 

6. What is Express-Shipping?

Express shipping means that your package will be prioritized and delivered faster by our carriers. Attention: This only refers to delivery; the production of a product could still take longer.

 

7. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are free! We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. (Except for the USA where there's a flat rate of 4.99€ due to high customs fees.)
